MSc “ENVIRONMENT AND HEALTH. MANAGEMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH EFFECTS”

The objective of the Postgraduate Program “Environment and Health. Management of Environmental Health Effects” is to train and specialize scientists in the broad and internationally expanding scientific field of the impact of the Environment on Health to be able to manage issues related to these impacts. Within the framework of the Master’s Degree Program, courses, laboratory exercises, seminars and field visits are organized, as well as workshops and conferences, some of which can be attended by the general public.

The subject of the Master’s Program is the provision of a high level of postgraduate education in the scientific field of the environmental impact on Health, the promotion of knowledge and research, the development of lifelong learning, as well as the wider public information and awareness raising on issues related to environmental impact on Health.

Mode of study: Full-time (in person, distance learning up to 35% of the hours)

Number of students accepted: 50

Application evaluation: CV & Interview

Programme requirements: Attendance for 3 semesters, successful examination in 18 obligatory courses

Minimum requirement for graduation: 90 ECTS

Tuition: 2400 €

Description of the Greek grading system: The grading scale runs from 1 to 10

Passing grades run from 5 to 10 as follows:              

5-6.49 = good

6.5-8.49 = very good

8.5-10 = excellent
